Duties:

• Ensure that all retail outlets within the assigned territory are well stocked with CBL’s products
• Assist distributors in taking orders
• Maximize sales within the outlets through quality merchandising
• Monitor and feedback competitor advertising and promotional activities
• Participate in negotiation of sponsorship with outlets
• Ensure that all claims are in line with company policy
• Manage Beer Promoter deployment effectively
• Execute promotional activities as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree-diploma in Sales-Marketing or similar
• Experience in sales job - fresh graduates are welcome too
• Good command of English - written and spoken
• Computer knowledge - MS Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possessing a valid driving license
• Able to work at night and willing to be stationed in other provinces
