Detail	Duties: Supervise, coordinate and manage activity implementation by NGO partners to ensure quality control of deliverables, contract compliance, and appropriate monitoring and evaluation Manage workplans and budgets for CARE and NGO partners-subgrantees. Supervise delivery of training and capacity building to NGOs as necessary Responsible for reporting in two target provinces (Kampot and Kep) Facilitate communication networks with project partners Requirements: Bachelor or Master degree in agriculture, rural development, natural resources management or other relevant subject At least 3 years experience in managing a similar position for projects in natural resources anagement, rural development or community development Management skills covering project planning, implementation of activities and M-E Skills in managing partners, budgets and supporting staff capacity building Other Requirements Experience working for multi-partner, multi-donor projects is preferred NOTE: To apply, please submit CV, application form and cover letter explaining suitability for the position using the contact details below.
