Duties:
Develop a concept note and workplan detailing the way in which the comparisons, analysis, compilation and evaluation can be achieved
In collaboration with UNICEF decide if key stakeholders need to be interviewed
Conduct a desk review including computer search and establish an annotated bibliography of relevant reports
Review at a minimum AI findings from UNICEF, FAO, CARE and AED
Produce a report which will be a maximum of 40 pages supported by appendices (one of which will be the evaluation) and will include:
- Key findings
- Lessons learnt
- Challenges and recommendations for policy
- Communication strategies
- Programme and research
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Master degree communication - learning
- 4-5 years work experience in research - communication - learning and transformation
- Work experience in Cambodia is an asset
Skills-Competencies:
- Understanding of the regional AI situation and response
- Strong analytical, communication and writing skills
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Khmer would be an asset
