Duties:
Desk review of policy papers, plans and reports related to gender mainstreaming, monitoring, and evaluation in the education sector
Conduct a training needs assessment of the GWG in the area of gender review and analysis, prepare relevant training materials, and provide training to the GWG
Assist the GWG to prepare the annual gender review report, including data collection and analysis
Assist the GWG in presenting findings to MoEYS and education sector stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Advanced university degree in relevant technical fields (education or other social science discipline
At least 8 years of progressive experience at international level in gender development, preferably in the education sector
Demonstrated capacity building skills
UN and volunteer experience is an asset
Skills-Competencies:
Excellent writing skills in English
Fluency in spoken English
Knowledge of Khmer will be an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office software package
