These positions will be based in Kampong Cham and Kratie provinces. Now we are looking for the qualified candidates to fill the positons of: 1- Civic Engagement (CE) Field Coordinator (2 Positions) - 1 based in Kampon Cham Province - 1 based in Kratie Province - starting salary $ 300- $375

Detail	Duties: Ensure that the project is implemented in cooperation with local authorities and in line with the policy guidelines of the organisation and Cambodian law Be responsible for communicating and liaising with partners and stakeholders at the community level Manage subordinate staff and provide support and guidance when necessary Follow up and monitor project activities in the provinces Maintain uniform administrative procedures (personnel, finance etc.) in the provincial office Prepare project work plan Provide periodic reports to the Civic Engagement Program Coordinator in Phnom Penh Requirements: Bachelor degree in related field and at least 3 years relevant experience Proven leadership in the management of development projects and courage to truly advocate for the poorest families Good knowledge of social land concession framework Strong commitment to working with Communities Strong report writing skills Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; high level of spoken and written Khmer and English; computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and Email) NOTE: Interested and qualified candidates should send a detailed CV with a covering letter to WP Governing Board to email below (please do not attach certificates).
