Detail	Duties: Is responsible to maintain an administration and periodic financial statement of LAAR Program and assist the Project Manager to monitor the expenditure She-he is report directly to Project Manager of Project Svay Rieng and Finance Officer of Wathnakpheap Head Office Requirements: Bachelor degree in the Accounting or Finance fields Previous relevant experience at least 2 years with NGOs Good knowledge in spoken and written Khmer, English Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and QuickBooks) and email Good communication skill, friendly, self motivated and team work Knowledge on report writing, project expenditure and budget planning Strong commitment to work in the communities NOTE: Interested and qualified candidates are invited to send a detailed CV with a letter of application to WP Governing Board.
